Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Tokyo office. Our consultants plays a key role in driving recruitment activities and working closely supporting our client's need in executive search. This position involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, from candidate sourcing, talent mapping, client management etc. The role will contributes directly to consulting team, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong coordination skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with candidates and clients
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable, proactive and want to grow
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of a team leader or manager
