Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in our Tokyo office.
Our consultants plays a key role in driving recruitment activities and working closely supporting our client's need in executive search.
This position involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, from candidate sourcing, talent mapping, client management etc. The role will contributes directly to consulting team, client satisfaction, and business growth.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong coordination skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with candidates and clients
A collaborative team player who is adaptable, proactive and want to grow
Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of a team leader or manager
