Ahead Groupは、大手通信会社向けにセールスフォース導入プロジェクトを推進できるコーディネーターを募集しています。理想的な候補者は、マーケティング業務の効率化を目的としたSalesforce導入において、ビジネス要件を整理し、技術チームとの橋渡しを行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進められる方です。

主な業務内容


• 大手通信会社のマーケティング業務におけるSalesforce導入プロジェクトの支援


• マーケティング部門や関連部門からのビジネス要件の収集、整理、文書化


• ビジネス要件を技術チーム向けの仕様に落とし込み、共有


• 技術側からの問い合わせに対し、ビジネス視点で整理・承認の上で回答作成


• エグゼクティブ向けの報告資料作成、議事録作成


• 複数チーム間の調整・プロジェクト進行管理

Salesforce Implementation Project Coordinator

Summary

Ahead Group is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Project Coordinator to join a major telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will drive the introduction of Salesforce for marketing operations, translating business requirements into actionable specifications and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities


• Support the Salesforce introduction project for marketing operations within a large telecom organization


• Gather, organize, and document business requirements from marketing and operational stakeholders


• Translate business requirements into specifications for the technical implementation team


• Review and respond to technical inquiries with business-oriented explanations and approvals


• Prepare executive-level reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials


• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure deliverables align with business goals

Required Skills


• On-site office work


• Strong project management experience across multi-team environments


• Proactive and independent work style


• Excellent communication and coordination skills


• Business-level English reading and writing ability

Desired Skills


• Knowledge of digital marketing (Web, SNS, SMS, etc.)


• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related CRM platforms

• Experience preparing executive reports and presentations


• Fluent Japanese | Conversational English proficiency
