主な業務内容
- 大手通信会社のマーケティング業務におけるSalesforce導入プロジェクトの支援
- マーケティング部門や関連部門からのビジネス要件の収集、整理、文書化
- ビジネス要件を技術チーム向けの仕様に落とし込み、共有
- 技術側からの問い合わせに対し、ビジネス視点で整理・承認の上で回答作成
- エグゼクティブ向けの報告資料作成、議事録作成
- 複数チーム間の調整・プロジェクト進行管理
- オンサイト勤務
- マルチチームでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 自発的に行動できる方
- 高いコミュニケーション力とチームワーク
- 英語の読み書き能力(ビジネスレベル)
- デジタルマーケティング(Web、SNS、SMS等)の知識
- Salesforce Marketing Cloudまたは類似CRMの使用経験
- ITおよびマーケティング双方に関する理解
- エグゼクティブ向け報告資料作成経験
- 日本語が流暢 | 英会話スキル
Summary
Ahead Group is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Project Coordinator to join a major telecommunications client.
The ideal candidate will drive the introduction of Salesforce for marketing operations, translating business requirements into actionable specifications and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities- Support the Salesforce introduction project for marketing operations within a large telecom organization
- Gather, organize, and document business requirements from marketing and operational stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into specifications for the technical implementation team
- Review and respond to technical inquiries with business-oriented explanations and approvals
- Prepare executive-level reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure deliverables align with business goals
- On-site office work
- Strong project management experience across multi-team environments
- Proactive and independent work style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Business-level English reading and writing ability
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Web, SNS, SMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of both IT systems and marketing processes
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations
- Fluent Japanese | Conversational English proficiency
