The JP Medical Operation Team ensures regulatory compliance while delivering specialized operational support for pharmaceutical and medical device sales, enabling customers to safely access healthcare products through Amazon.
Working alongside pharmacists and specialized professionals, we fulfill a mission of significant social impact by safeguarding customer health and safety and contribute to healthcare business expansion.
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the business, operation and team growth by optimizing pharmacist workflows, delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, and spearheading the implementation of innovative systems and tools.

Medical Operation関連システム設定管理の標準化を通じて、チーム全体の作業効率向上
薬機法要件を理解し、コンプライアンスを維持しながらオペレーション改善機会を特定・実行
Analyze operational demand and workload patterns to develop and continuously optimize efficient shift schedules
Create and automate reports using SQL and Excel to visualize team metrics and support data-driven decision making
Execute system implementation projects including deployment coordination, testing, post-launch feedback collection, and improvement recommendations
Improve team efficiency through standardization of Medical Operation-related system configuration management
Identify and execute operational improvements while understanding and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements

データ分析/レポーティング (30%) : チームの意思決定に影響を与えるデータ配信ジョブ(定期・単発)の開発・メンテナンス
システム実装調整(25%) : システム実装フェーズにおける導入調整やテスト実施
システム設定サポート(10%) : Medical Operationで使用するシステムの設定変更管理・SOP文書化
チーム内改善活動推進(5%) : Working Backwardsに基づいた改善機会の特定や各種タスクフォースへの参画
Pharmacist Shift Planning & Optimization (30%): Planning and optimizing pharmacist shifts across sites
Data Analysis & Reporting (30%): Development and maintenance of data delivery jobs (regular and ad-hoc) that influence team decision-making
System Implementation Coordination (25%): Deployment coordination and testing execution during system implementation phases
System Configuration Support (10%): Configuration management and SOP documentation for systems used in Medical Operations
Team Improvement Initiatives (5%): Identifying improvement opportunities based on Working Backwards and participating in various task forces
