The Business Integrity (BI) team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and to ensure advertiser quality on our platform.
The Advertiser Experience Program Manager role is part of the Business Integrity Team. This highly visible and influential role will collaborate extensively with advertisers, business stakeholders, internal operations and several cross-functional teams. You will build strong, strategic relationships with leaders across the Sales and Business Integrity organizations.Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with JP sales leaders, partner with crossfunctional teams to support the regional sales team from daily inquiries to improve advertiser integrity experience, establish and optimize service management mechanisms and processes to improve sales/clients satisfaction rate.
- Responsible for overall control of integrity issues for JP sales/advertisers/agencies, working closely with XFN teams (such as product, policy, risk, etc.) to ensure the smooth resolution of daily operation issues for regional sales teams.
- Act as a bridge between the Sales and Integrity teams to facilitate communication, ensuring critical integrity updates (e.g., product, policy) and risk signals are delivered to Sales from a business perspective, in a timely and accurate manner. Support sales explore acquisition opportunities and translate Sales' integrityrelated needs into actionable feedback for integrity teams.
- Maintain the JP metrics monitoring system to identify issues through tracking. Proactively educate the sales team to mitigate advertiser risks, and drive the optimization of integrity systems to safeguard advertiser experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of working experience in internet companies, tech industry.
- Prior experience in a program/project management/Sales Engagement role.
- Able to demonstrate analyticalthinking and problemsolving in the daily routine.
- Experience working collaboratively in a global, diverse team and environment.
- Customeroriented, good at listening, good at balancing business and operational perspectives.
- Data driven, possess a certain level of data sensitivity and data processing capabilities.
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment.
