Department Description
ビジネストランスフォーメーションコンサルタント(Business Architect)はCustomer Successに向け、お客様ビジネスのトランスフォーメーションを有償サービスで支援するコンサルタントです。BAはお客様と共にビジョン、戦略(カスタマーフロント領域)、ビジネス課題、業務課題などを明らかにした上で、変革像をDesignし、クライアントのトランスフォーメーションジャーニーをmulti-functional teamsと連携しながら、ナビゲートします。対象となる領域はカスタマーフロントのビジネス領域になり、主にマーケティング、セールス、カスタマーサービス、カスタマーフロント領域全体(The Modelの範疇)などの領域においてビジネストランスフォーメーションを行います。
Salesforceはカスタマーフロント領域においてお客様の戦略の核となるツールであるため、セールスフォースを導入するということは事業戦略の上流部分であるビジョン設定、カスタマーフロント領域の戦略設定、ビジネス設計をすることがKSFになります。そのため、これらBAが支援する業務はSalesforceと切り離して考えることはなく、からなずSalesforce導入に伴って発生するものです。
Role Description
・事業グランドデザイン、DXグランドデザイン、DX推進支援、業務定義・設計、KPI設計、組織設計、組織構築支援、業務展開、業務定着化などのビジネスコンサルティングに関するデリバリー
・デリバリーに関して大きなロードマップから施策を具体化してお客様と伴にお客様成功のための支援を行う。
・セールスフォースのデリバリーに関してBA以外の他のアーキテクト(IT系アーキテクト)と連携しながら具体的なプロトタイプやデモをデザインし、お客様に提示

BAの有力候補はカスタマーサクセスに向け強いコミットメントを持ち、お客様のエグゼクティブや現場マネジメントと高い視点でビジネス上の課題をコミュニケーションでき、創造的なアイデアを発揮しつつ、解決策を立案、実行できることが必要。更に常にオーナーシップを持って、プロアクティブかつチームワークを保ちながら、変革を指揮することができる人。
Basic Requirements
・5年以上のビジネスコンサルティングの経験者。
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、クライアントマネジメント力、プレゼンテーション力、自律的な課題解決能力、創造的で積極的な思考、柔軟な環境対応能力。
・優れたドキュメント能力。特にMS PowerpointやGoogle Slideなどでお客様に説明できる、コンサルティングドキュメント能力(技能及びスピードの両方)。
