<役割について>
Business Architect(BA)として、クライアントのデータ戦略とビジネス変革を設計・推進するプロフェッショナルを募集しています。CDPを中心としたデータ活用戦略の策定から、組織横断的な業務プロセス最適化、ビジネス成果創出までを統合的にリードしていただきます。クライアントのCxO層や事業部門のVP、マネージャーと緊密に協働し、企業固有の課題に応じた最適な顧客データ活用戦略を設計し、ベストプラクティスに基づく実行計画を策定してください。Business Architectは、プロジェクトの成功だけでなく、クライアントの長期的な価値創出に寄与する戦略パートナーとしての役割も担います。
<主な責任と職務>
・クライアント企業のビジネス戦略とCDP活用戦略を統合的に設計・推進する責任者として活動。
・CxOや部門横断チームと協働し、事業課題の抽出、ビジネスゴールの定義、データ活用ユースケース設計をリード。
・CDPを中心としたデータ戦略に基づき、プロジェクトのロードマップ、業務プロセス設計、KPI設計を策定。
・プロジェクト開始から要件定義、設計、導入支援、トレーニング、ローンチ、ローンチ後の価値創出までを一貫して主導。
・プロジェクトマネジメントとリスク管理を行い、クライアントの期待に沿った成果を保証。
・クライアントの継続的な課題探索と戦略的アドバイスを通じて、新たなデータ活用ユースケースやアップセル/クロスセルの機会を発見。
・クライアントとの関係構築を通じて、データ戦略の価値実感を醸成し、長期的なビジネス成長に貢献。
【必須(MUST)】
・6年以上のエンタープライズに対するプロジェクト/アカウントマネジメント経験
・分析的かつ戦略的な思考と、クライアントの課題発見やビジネス目標の設定を行い、実現可能なユースケースや具体的なプロジェクトプランに変換するスキル
・同時に複数のプロジェクトを効率的にマネジメントし、最適なリソース配分をプライオリティをつけ行うスキル
・クライアント(CxOやVP)接点として卓越したコミュニケーションスキル(会話/書面/プレゼンテーション)
・クライアントとのパートナーシップを通じて、意思決定を当社CDPの最大活用に導くとともに、強い関係を構築する能力
・コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、経済学、または関連分野の学士号または学士号以上
