Job Description
多種多様な戦略アカウントに対しクラウドトランスフォーメーションを実現します。
社内の関係部門と連携し、各企業の抱える課題を認識し、自社製品を含めたITの活用により、お客様の課題を解決するためにプロジェクトの提案および導入プロジェクトの管理または推進を行います。領域としては、SCM領域をご担当頂きます。
・お客様の課題を解決するためにプロジェクトに参画し、その解決を図る。
・お客様のビジネスを理解した上でオラクル製品の特性および特徴を説明し、システムを具現化する。
・プロジェクトで発生する課題に対しソリューションを提示し、解決まで導く
・広範囲の複雑な課題に対しても適切なソリューションを定義し、複数チームを跨った検証を実施できる。
・必要に応じてお客様のタスクの支援を行う
・プロジェクト計画に従い、必要なタスクの完遂を行う・必要に応じてプロジェクトマネージャーまたはチームリーダーの役割を担い、プロジェクト全体またはチームメンバーをリードして、プロジェクトを完遂する。
・顧客のマネジメントとの信頼関係を構築し、効果的にプロジェクトを遂行する。
Responsibilities
・お客様のビジネスおよびITの潜在的な課題を引き出し、整理すること
・お客様の課題を正確に認識し、適切なソリューションを提示し、それを解決に導くこと
・場合によっては、お客様に対し、業務改善や組織再検討の意見を真摯に提案できること
・困難な事があっても、最後までプロジェクトを完遂すること
・プロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダーとしてリーダーシップを発揮し、期待されるパフォーマンスを実現すること
Must / 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など
・IT業界でのコンサルタントまたはプロジェクトマネージャーの経験をお持ちの方
・ERPプロジェクトマネジメント経験(SCM領域)
Want(Nice to have)/ 歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など
・EBSまたはOracle ERP Cloudの導入経験または知識(会計、SCM、購買領域)
・プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダー経験
Language/語学力
ビジネスレベルの英語力

東京、大阪、名古屋(ただしリモートも多いので特段の制約なし)
