- 必須経験:プロジェクトマネジメントとして8年以上
- プロジェクトマネージャーの役割には以下が含まれます。
- プロジェクト計画立案
- 文書化
- スケジュール管理
- プレゼンテーション
- 会議の主催・運営
- 議事録(MoM)とアクションリスト作成
- ステークホルダーとの連携
- 紛争解決
- 進捗管理
- 報告業務
- PMP資格:あれば尚可
- ネットワーク関連技術理解・経験 50%
- プロジェクトマネージャーはエンジニアとして業務を行いませんが、ネットワークバックグラウンドが必要です。
- ・一般ネットワーク
- ・ネットワークセキュリティ
- ・クラウドネットワーク部門で管理する製品
- ・Cisco ACI
- ・F5 LB/FW/Proxy/NAT/nginx
- ・DNS,SMTP,SFTP,DHCP (ベンダー製品またはオープンソース製品)
- CCNA 優遇
- CCNP 優遇
- サーバー仮想化知識 優遇
- 仮想マシン
- コンテナ(例:Kubernetes)
言語スキル:日本語(N1以上)流暢レベル、ビジネスレベル英語
