会議室やデジタルサイネージから、企業向けネットワーク統合や制御システムまで、高度な仕様のAV・IT導入案件をグローバル企業向けに担当します。プリセールスから導入フェーズまで、技術的な提案、設計ドキュメント作成、現場での立ち上げ作業など幅広く関与します。国内外の現場作業、パートナートレーニング、業界イベント(例:ISEやInfocomm)への出張の機会もあります。

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual AV Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting integrated AV and IT systems for commercial environments. This position is ideal for candidates experienced in AV technologies who can operate confidently in both English and Japanese. The role includes technical delivery, pre-sales support, and client coordination throughout all phases of a project.

You'll work with major global clients on high-specification AV and IT deployments, ranging from conference rooms and digital signage to enterprise network integration and control systems. You'll be involved in both the pre-sales and execution phases, providing technical insight, documentation, and hands-on commissioning. Domestic and international travel is available for job sites, partner training, and industry events - for example attendance at ISE or Infocomm.

• 有線・無線ネットワーク、VLAN、Dante、PoE対応機器などITインフラとの統合およびセキュリティ・パフォーマンスの確保
• オフサイトでのシステム仮組み、QA、クライアント承認取得、社内基準に基づく構築支援
• 現場でのシステムテスト、トラブルシュート、試運転および技術ドキュメントの作成
• 導入済みシステムに対するオンサイト・リモートでのサポート、保守、アップグレード対応
• クライアント・ベンダー・社内チームと日本語・英語の両言語での円滑なコミュニケーション
• AutoCADやBluebeam等のツールを使用した図面、試験報告書、竣工図書の作成
• ベンダートレーニング、認定資格取得、業界イベント参加などを通じた最新技術の習得

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete AV systems including signal flow, rack layouts, and network integration details based on client needs and global standards.
• Participate in pre-sales engineering activities including site surveys, system scoping, client presentations, and proposal development.
• Configure and deploy enterprise-grade AV equipment such as Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, Biamp, Shure, and conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex).
• Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure including wired/wireless networks, VLANs, Dante, and PoE devices, ensuring performance and security.
• Lead or support system staging and pre-build efforts off-site prior to deployment for QA, client approval, and compliance with internal standards.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning in the field with full documentation.
• Provide on-site and remote support, maintenance, and occasional upgrades for installed systems.
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare technical documentation including drawings, test reports, and as-built documentation using tools such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam.
• Stay current with vendor technologies through training, certifications, and industry participation.

• 日本語:流暢、英語:基礎レベル(読み書き・会話)
• Crestron、Q-SYS、AMX等のAV制御システムやDSPに関する実務知識
• Zoom、Microsoft Teams、Cisco Webexなどの会議プラットフォームの使用経験
• 無線AP、スイッチ、DHCP、VLAN、QoS等を含むIPネットワークの基礎〜中級レベルの理解
• Dante、NDI、マルチキャスト設定などのAV-over-IP技術の知識
• システム図、ネットワークトポロジー、ラック構成図の読解および作成スキル
• 構内配線のベストプラクティス(ラベリング、結線処理など)の理解
• 国内外の現場対応やトレーニングへの出張が可能であること

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AV systems engineering, integration, or commissioning.
• Fluent Japanese, basic English (written/spoken).
• Strong working knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX) and DSPs.
• Experience with enterprise conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of IP networks including wireless access points, switching, DHCP, VLANs, and QoS.
• Familiarity with AV-over-IP technologies including Dante, NDI, and multicast configuration.
• Ability to read, understand, and create system diagrams, network topologies, and rack elevations.
• Understanding of structured cabling best practices, labeling, and terminations.
• Must be able to travel for domestic and international project needs and training.
