Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer
Position Overview
The company is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and design mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
- Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with project requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all design processes and changes.
- Perform testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the design and development stages.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within teams.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Experience working on projects in relevant industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical design.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leadership roles is a plus.
