【ポジション概要】

次世代のモビリティを支える自動駐車アシスタントシステム「Computer Vision」チームの所属となります。

自動運転技術の最前線で、システムレベルの検証・妥当性確認(Verification & Validation)を統括するSystem Validation Technical Project Managerを募集します。

本ポジションでは、SIL/HIL/実車環境でのテスト戦略の立案から、実行・評価・改善まで、システムバリデーション領域全体を技術的・組織的にリードいただきます。

また、顧客対応も含めたプロジェクトQCT(品質・コスト・納期)達成の責任者として、グローバル開発チームと密に連携します。

【主な業務内容】

・システムバリデーションサブプロジェクトの全体戦略立案・実行・進捗管理

・テストリソース(人・環境・ツール・予算)を最適に計画・活用し、顧客マイルストーンに向けて高品質なアウトプットを提供

・テストチーム(System Test Leads、Integration Leads等)を横断的にリード

・テスト戦略策定・レビュー・改善の継続的実施

【必須(MUST)】

・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験(計画立案・進捗・予実管理)10年以上

・システム検証・妥当性確認(V&V)領域での実務経験

・テスト戦略設計やプロセス運用に関する知識

・リスクベーステストやFMEAの理解と活用経験

・ASPICEなどのプロセスモデルに関する知識

・日本語:ネイティブレベル/英語:ビジネス上級レベル
