自動運転において最も重要な機能の1つである、車両に搭載したセンサを利用しての自車両の周囲に存在する交通参加者・静止物の認識を行う技術の開発が主な責務となります。

• 自律運転向けセンサーシステムの設計、実装(センサーコンフィグレーション、キャリブレーション、同期、ノイズ除去等)
