Engineerは、複雑な環境で利用可能な行動計画、正確で乗り心地を意識した車両制御、車両プラットフォームにおける共通インターフェース設計など、自動運転に用いられる計画・制御技術の設計開発を行い、これらの技術をプロダクト/OSSとして世の中に送り出すことを目的とします。

- 高い安定性・品質・保守性を実現する機能の実装、及びソフトウェアテストの作成

- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野に関わる修士号を取得していること、またはソフトウェア開発における3年以上の実務経験があること
- 以下の自動運転に必要な計画・制御技術に関わる2つ以上の分野における高い専門知識もしくは開発経験
- 意思決定、経路計画、制御理論、状態推定、車両電子制御システム
- Linux上での開発経験
- 以下のいずれかのプログラミング言語における3年以上の開発経験
- C++、Python、Rust
- 実機ロボットを用いた開発経験
