Data Engineer – Autonomous Mobility Platform

We are supporting a leading player in the autonomous mobility sector as they expand their data engineering team. This role focuses on building and operating large-scale data infrastructure that collects, processes, analyzes, and visualizes data generated by autonomous systems.

The ideal candidate enjoys tackling high-volume pipelines, complex sensor data, and systems that evolve globally.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Design and operate data pipelines that ingest and process driving data from distributed fleets

• Develop and maintain APIs that provide driving history, analytics, and vehicle statistics

• Build visualization and search tools for logs, metrics, images, and point-cloud data

• Construct and maintain internal data analytics platforms used by R&D teams

• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability as data volumes grow

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product and research initiatives

Required Skills / 必須スキル

• 3+ years of web application development

• Experience with Python, Go, or similar programming languages

• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalents)

• Strong understanding of system architecture and API design

• Experience building and operating data pipelines

• Experience with CI/CD setup and maintenance

Preferred Skills / 歓迎スキル

• Data modeling and architecture experience using DWH or lakehouse technologies

• Experience handling non-text data (images, point clouds, logs)

• Experience with search/recommendation systems or time-series analytics

• Building analytics platforms using modern data stack tools

• Experience developing Windows-based applications (for certain data collection areas)

• Team leadership or mentoring experience
