• ミッション
  :

FA・ロボティクス、車載、医療、住設等の幅広い市場に向け、

次世代新製品を創出・開発すること。

• 職務例
  :

次世代製品の仕様検討、構想設計、詳細設計、金型部門との連携、

試作・評価、量産立ち上げまでの一連のプロセス。

• 求める経験
  :

機械設計(機構設計・筐体設計など)の実務経験、3D CADの使用経験。

2.組込みソフトエンジニア

• ミッション:

精密部品、モーター、センサー、アクチュエータ等を組み合わせた次世代新製品において、

製品の機能・性能を最大化するためのソフトウェア開発を行うこと。

• 職務例:

次世代製品(FA、ロボット、車載等)における組込みソフトの

要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、実装、テスト、実機評価。

• 求める経験:

C言語等を用いた組込みソフトウェア開発の実務経験。(マイコン制御、通信制御等の経験者は歓迎)

3.電気系エンジニア

• ミッション:

メカニクスとエレクトロニクスが高度に融合する次世代新製品において、

ハードウェアの根幹となる回路設計を行い、製品化を実現すること。

• 職務例:

アナログ・デジタル回路設計、基板設計(アートワーク指示含む)、

試作評価、EMC対策等の信頼性評価。

• 求める経験:

電気回路設計の実務経験(アナログ、デジタル問わず)。

4.車載ECU向けソフトウェア設計開発

• ミッション
  :

経営統合したユーシンやミネベアアクセスソリューションズ(旧ホンダロック)とのシナジーを活かし、

自動車の電動化・知能化に対応した車載ECU製品の競争力を高め、事業拡大に貢献すること。

• 職務例
  :

車載ECUの組込みソフトウェア開発、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計、

機能安全(ISO26262)対応、AUTOSAR準拠の開発。

• 求める経験
  :

車載ECU設計の実務経験(V字開発プロセス)、C言語スキル。

5.車載ECU用システム設計開発

• ミッション
  :

市場動向や顧客ニーズの分析に基づき、開発すべき製品のシステム構想や要件を定義し、

製品化から事業化までの道筋をつけること(先行開発・上流工程重視)。

• 職務例
  :

車載システムおよびECUのシステム要件定義、システムアーキテクチャ設計、

顧客および海外開発拠点(欧州等)との技術折衝。

• 求める経験
  :

組込みシステムのシステム設計・要件定義の実務経験、

またはプロジェクトリーダー経験(車載業界経験者は特に歓迎)。

【応募資格(共通)】

■ 必須要件(Must)

• 機械設計、電気・電子回路設計、組込みソフトウェア開発、システム設計の

• 工学的な基礎知識を有していること。

■勤務時間

• 8:45~17:30
  (所定労働時間7時間45分/休憩60分)
• ※フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイムなし ※部署により設定がある場合あり)
• ※リモートワーク制度あり(頻度は配属部署やフェーズにより異なりますが、週1~3回程度の利用実績あり)

【Recruitment Fields】
We will propose one of the following positions based on your experience and career aspirations.

1. Mechanism Development Engineer

• Mission:
  To create and develop next-generation products for a wide range of markets (FA, Robotics, Automotive, Medical, Housing equipment, etc.) by fusing the company's core strengths: "Ultra-precision Machining Technology" and "Electronics Technology."
• Key Responsibilities:
  Drive the entire process from specification study of next-gen products to conceptual design, detailed design, coordination with the mold department, prototyping/evaluation, and mass production launch.
• Required Experience:
• Practical experience in mechanical design (mechanism design, casing design, etc.).
• Experience using 3D CAD.

2. Embedded Software Engineer

• Mission:
  To develop software that maximizes product function and performance for next-generation products combining precision parts, motors, sensors, and actuators.
• Key Responsibilities:
  Requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, implementation, testing, and actual machine evaluation for embedded software in next-gen products (FA, Robotics, Automotive, etc.).
• Required Experience:
• Practical experience in embedded software development using C language, etc.
• (Welcome: Experience in microcontroller control, communication control).

3. Electrical Engineer

• Mission:
  To design the core circuits of hardware and realize product commercialization for next-generation products where mechanics and electronics are highly integrated.
• Key Responsibilities:
  Analog/digital circuit design, PCB design (including artwork instruction), prototype evaluation, and reliability evaluation (EMC measures, etc.).
• Required Experience:
• Practical experience in electrical circuit design (Analog or Digital).

4. Automotive ECU Software Design & Development

• Mission:
  Leveraging synergies with the integrated U-Shin and Minebea Access Solutions (formerly Honda Lock), enhance the competitiveness of automotive ECU products for electrification and intelligence, contributing to business expansion.
• Key Responsibilities:
  Embedded software development for automotive ECUs, software architecture design, Functional Safety (ISO compliance, and AUTOSAR-compliant development.
• Required Experience:
• Practical experience in automotive ECU design (V-model development process).
• Skills in C language.

5. Automotive ECU System Design & Development

• Mission:
  Based on market trends and customer needs analysis, define system concepts and requirements for products to be developed, paving the way from product realization to commercialization (Focus on Advanced Development / Upstream Processes).
• Key Responsibilities:
  System requirements definition for automotive systems and ECUs, system architecture design, and technical negotiations with customers and overseas development bases (Europe, etc.).
• Required Experience:
• Practical experience in system design/requirements definition for embedded systems.
• OR Project Leader experience (Experience in the automotive industry is highly welcome).
