製品設計エンジニア / Product Design Engineer
Our Team
スマートフォン、タブレットやAR/VRに代表されるモバイル市場向けの設計開発を担う部門の中で、新製品コネクタの先行開発を行うチームです。モバイル部門全体としては40名ほどで構成され、その中で当チームは先行開発チームとして3名で構成されます。主に海外市場と海外顧客のニーズから製品に求められる仕様を検討して設計、試作開発を主に行います。開発途中または開発後に顧客との電話会議または現地まで出張して直接ミーティングを行えるチャンスもあります。また、将来的な量産へのスムーズな移行のためにも各開発品において量産を見据えた検討を製造部門、品質保証部門と協業していきます。なお、韓国や中国の設計部隊が同じ組織に所属しており、各部隊と協業して製品開発を行うことでダイバーシティな環境で成長し、活躍できる環境が整っています。
What You Will Do
- 市場と顧客に見合った新製品の検討・開発
- 設計開発ツール(CAD/FEAなど)を用いた詳細設計
- 試作品製作と最適化に向けた製品改善
- 設備設計部門や品質保証部門と協業し、最適な量産プロセスの構築
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
・ 理工系の学位
・ 製品開発業務3年以上の経験
・ 3D CADでの設計経験 (CADの種類は不問)
・ 日本語:母国語レベル
・ 英語:ビジネスレベル、もしくはビジネス初級レベル
※英語は業務上必要ですが、自ら学習意欲があれば可。
