What You Will Do
- 車載用コネクタの設計開発
- Molex既存コネクタの技術サポート、及び拡販へのサポート
- 海外設計チームと連携し開発手順に沿った製品開発
- 公差検証、FMEA、DRBFMや製造部門との製造性確認
- 営業部門と協力して入手した顧客要求を反映した製品設計
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5年以上のコネクタ設計経験
- 実務における2D,3D CAD, マイクロソフトOffice使用経験
- FMEA、DRBFM、幾何公差に対する知識
- 論理的かつ簡潔に要点を伝えるプレゼンテーション能力
- コネクタ材料の知識(樹脂・金属・めっき)
- 学歴:高専、大学卒(学士)以上 (機械)
- 自発的で積極的にプロジェクトをリードし問題解決する姿勢
- 誠意、尊敬をもって関係構築が出来き、チームワークを重んじる姿勢
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル
- 英語:ビジネス会話レベル
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3年以上の車載用コネクタ設計経験
- 樹脂成形、金属プレスの知識
- 有限要素解析、コネクタ端子設計経験
- FMEA、DRBEM、樹脂成形・金属プレスへの深い知識
- 車載関連顧客(OE, Tier 1 suppliers )とのビジネス経験
