• カスタマーサポート本部 ICSPインハウスサービスエンジニア

業務概要:

• 当社のイオンクロマトグラフィー(Ion Chromatography; IC)装置に関するインハウス(社内)での修理・検証・保守業務を担当します。横浜アナリティカルセンターに常駐し、回収装置やデモ・貸出機の修理、出荷前検査、トラブルの再現検証などを通じて、フィールドサービス/テクニカルサポートを技術的に支援し、装置トラブルの早期解決、装置の品質向上に貢献していただきます。

業務内容:

• 引き上げ(回収)装置の診断・修理(機械・回路・ソフトウェアを含む)
• 社内デモ機・貸出機の点検・整備・性能確認
• 消耗品(カラム、試薬等)の出荷前検査・品質確認
• 顧客先で発生したトラブルの再現検証、現象解析および根本原因の追及
• 故障部品・交換部品の点検・整備、在庫パーツの定期チェック・管理・発注サポート
• 修理・検査報告書、検査結果の文書化と社内システムへの記録登録
• フィールドサービスチームへの技術支援(難修理対応の技術バックアップ)
• 必要に応じたグローバル(海外開発/製造)との技術連携・フィードバックによる製品品質改善
   

必要な経験・スキル

• 社内外の関係者と適切にコミュニケーションが取れる能力(口頭・文書)
• 一般的な工具の取り扱い(分解・組立等)を含む実務作業ができること
• PCの基本操作(Windows、メール、Excel/Word等)
• マニュアルを読み、海外拠点へ英文で問い合わせできる程度の英語読解力(会話は必須ではない)。

あると好ましい経験・スキル

• 分析機器のサービスエンジニアまたはアプリケーションサポート経験
• 製薬・化学・研究機関での業務経験、またはこれらの顧客向け業務理解
• PLC、アナログ/デジタル回路、計測機器に関する基礎知識
• 故障解析や品質改善の実務経験、海外技術部門との折衝経験
• 理化学分野のバックグラウンド(大学・専攻等)

・Overview of business:

As an In-house Service Engineer in the IC Group, you will be based at the Yokohama Analytical Center and be responsible for repair, maintenance, testing and validation of our Ion Chromatography (IC) instruments. Your work will include servicing returned units, maintaining demo and loaner instruments, performing pre-shipment checks of consumables, reproducing and analyzing customer incidents, and managing spare-parts inventory. Working closely with the field service organization and global development/manufacturing teams, you will play a key role in improving overall product quality and reliability.

Required experience/skills

Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with Ion Chromatography (IC) instruments (repair, maintenance or application support desirable).

Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders (verbal and written).

Proficiency in using general hand tools for mechanical work (disassembly, assembly, wiring).

Basic PC skills (Windows, email, Excel/Word) and the ability to document work clearly.

Ability to read technical manuals in English and prepare written English inquiries to overseas teams when required.

Scientific background in physical/chemical/laboratory disciplines is preferred.

Willingness to work as part of a team supporting field engineers; occasional on-site customer visits may be required, but regular travel is not expected.
