役割

  • サービス活動の計画と実行

  • 設備の設置、保守、トラブルシューティングなど、主にソフトウェア関連のアフターサービス

  • 顧客の要求条件に基づいて、現在の接着/シーリングアプリケーションシステムを評価し、最適な使用方法を見つけるための提案とテストを実施

  • 他のフィールドサービスエンジニアの設置、トラブルシューティング、文書作成、トレーニングのサポートも含まれます

成功するために必要なスキルと経験

  • 電気および機械的な設備のサービス経験

  • 自動車産業での経験があると尚良い

  • ITスキル(MS Office、ネットワーキングなど)

  • ソフトウェアプログラミングおよびスクリプト言語の経験があると尚良い

  • 運転免許

  • 自動車OEM生産プロセスの理解

  • 産業用組立システムのセットアップおよび設置に関する関連業務経験があると尚良い

  • 高いモチベーションを持ち、自発的に行動できるチームプレーヤーであり、独立した問題解決、プレゼンテーション、リーダーシップ、期限に合わせたタスク管理ができること

  • 顧客と様々なレベルでコミュニケーションを取る能力

  • 顧客の生産システムに関する基本的な知識があると尚良い
