仕事内容


  • 設計マネージャーとして、現場(日本、インド)の委託設計業務及び派遣設計者の技術指導、品質、日程、要員管理全般。
  • 委託元・派遣業務先責任者(日本)との技術、日程、予算等の調整業務。
  • 業務に関連するサプライヤ又は他の関係者(日本、アメリカ、インド等)との各種調整業務。
  • その他全般的な現場業務管理一式。

    • 資格・経験


  • CATIA V5又はV6(3D EXPERIENCE)のスキル必須
  • 自動車用各種樹脂部品の設計開発経験(ソフト、ハードトリム)
  • OEMまたはティア1サプライヤでの業務経験
  • ソリッド・サーフェスモデリングおよび機械製図の知識
  • 自動車開発に関する開発日程の理解
  • 各種樹脂部品製造工程、DFMEA、GD&T、累積公差分析に関する十分な理解
  • ホンダ部品開発経験者優遇
  • 日英バイリンガルスキルは優遇(日本語N3以上)
  • ExcelやPowerPointなどのMS Officeのスキルは必須

    Responsibilities:


  • Lead and direct the overall technical execution, quality assurance, scheduling, and resource allocation for both Haken (contract) and core design projects, managing teams across Japan and India.
  • Drive project success by serving as the primary liaison between project teams and Haken clients, ensuring seamless alignment on technical specifications, project timelines, and budgetary goals.
  • Manage the comprehensive portfolio of Haken business and core projects within the Goken Nihon division, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives and operational excellence.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain critical communication channels between internal and external engineers and key suppliers located in Japan, India, and the US to ensure timely and effective support for ongoing and future projects.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for all project stakeholders, facilitating technical reviews, resolving scope issues, and ensuring all parties are operating under a unified project vision.

    • Qualifications


  • 10+ years of professional experience specializing in automotive plastics part design.
  • Expert proficiency in CATIA V5 or V6 (3DEXPERIENCE), including advanced skills in: Generative Shape Design (GSD), Part Design / Assembly Design, Drafting and mechanical drawing creation.
  • Required experience designing diverse automotive plastic components (Interior/Exterior, soft/hard trims).
  • Prior work experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
  • Knowledge of automotive product development schedules.
  • Strong understanding of plastic injection molding manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality and design control methodologies (e.g., DFMEA and GD&T).
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Japanese OEM parts design preferred.
  • Japanese language skills of a N2+ level are required.
  • Japanese - English bilingual skills (N3 level or higher) preferred.
