This role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the factory's Quality Management System, focusing on ISO 9001 standards, which includes quality assurance, inspections, calibrations, procedures, instructions, and quality plans. The responsibilities encompass managing production process control and compliance, identifying key process indicators such as CTP and CTQ, and setting and maintaining quality metrics like FPY. Collaboration with the Supplier Quality Engineer, sourcing team, and global teams is essential to resolve and improve vendor-related quality issues. Additionally, conducting audits, following up on corrective actions and non-conformities, and preparing, reviewing, and approving work instructions, standard procedures, and reference documents in collaboration with engineers are required. Furthermore, tracking and coordinating internal qualifications and leading the quality department are part of the duties.

TGTSは、火力発電向けガスタービンエンジン部品の修理を手掛ける、GE Vernovaと東芝の合弁企業です。世界の発電用ガスタービン市場で約1/3のシェアを持ち、修理工場を世界に約8拠点展開。グローバルなネットワークを活用し、「センター・オブ・エクセレンス(CoE)」アプローチにより、高品質で一貫した修理サービスを提供しています。

TGTSは、最新の当社製ガスタービンに対応し、北米地域を除く全地域をカバーする重要な拠点として機能しています。Quality Engineerとして、次の各種業務に従事していただきます。

Roles And Responsibilities

• 工場の品質管理システム(ISO 9001)を導入・維持し、品質保証、検査、校正、手順書・指示書、品質計画の運用を推進
• 生産プロセスの管理およびコンプライアンスの確保
• CTP・CTQなどの重要なプロセス指標を特定し、FPYなどの品質指標を設定・維持
• サプライヤ品質エンジニアや調達チームと連携し、ベンダー関連の品質課題を解決・改善
• 必要に応じて監査を実施し、是正措置のフォローアップを実施
• 不適合および是正措置を発行し、閉鎖まで責任をもって管理
• エンジニアと協働し、作業指示書・標準手順書・参考文書の作成、レビュー、承認を実施
• 内部資格の追跡・調整を行い、品質部門をリード
• Implementation of the Quality Management System for the factory including Quality Assurance, Inspections, Calibrations, Procedures, Instructions and Quality Plans
• Implementation of production process control and compliance
• Identify key process indicators like CTP/CTQ, set up and maintain quality metrics accordingly, like FPY, etc
• Work with the Supplier Quality Engineer/Sourcing team to resolve and improve vendor-related quality issues
• Perform Audits and follow-up on actions as necessary
• Issue Non Conformity and Corrective Actions follow-up on closure
• Prepare, review and approve WI/SP/REI together with engineer if necessary
• Track and coordinate internal qualifications, and lead quality part

Qualifications/Requirements

• 英語:中級 (読み書き及びコミュニケーションが可能な方・TOEIC700点以上目安)
• 日本語能力レベルN2-N1または同等程度
• 品質関連業務に関する実務経験2年以上。
• Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Microsoft Teamsを使用できる方
• 対人関係スキルおよび人材マネジメントスキルを有する方
• 品質管理システム(例:ISO 9001)に関する深い理解と実務経験をお持ちの方
• 工学系の学士号または同等の学位を有する方
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English without difficulty (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a guideline).
• Japanese language proficiency level N2-N1 or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in quality-related work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and personnel management skills.
• Strong understanding and experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent degree
