製品設計エンジニア
Our Team
PSBUは、米国、インド、シンガポール、上海、日本、韓国に拠点を有しており、技術交流を活発に行い、常に技術力向上を目指しています。
日本と韓国のチームは、一般市場向け、特定顧客向けのW/B,W/Wコネクタの2.5mm未満のピッチに焦点を当てており、
高性能を追求しながら、小型・高密度化へのチャレンジを行っています。さまざまな市場・用途を幅広くカバーできる主力製品群のための新製品開発・技術支援により、収益拡大・売上拡大に貢献しています。
またPSBUは、技術部門・製品マネージメント部門・プロジェクトマネージ部門で構成されており、チームワークを大切にしています。各々の部門が自身の役割を最大限に生かし、また、それを理解・サポートし合い、より最大の貢献ができるように仕事をしています。
What You Will Do
幅広いマーケットに対する、コネクタ(特に電線対基板、電線対電線コネクタ)の設計・開発を行うことが
メインの業務になります。その他、製品設計エンジニアとして社内外への技術対応も行います。
コネクタ設計・開発
- 電気的知識、機械的知識を基に、市場・顧客要求を把握し、設計に反映します。
- 電子部品製造の知識を基に、製造実現性・品質安定性・コスト効率性を設計に反映します。
- DFMEA、FEA、公差解析、その他の理論調査を行い、設計検証、リスク検討を行います。
- プロジェクトチーム(社内の国内外のメンバー)に、設計レビューを行い、開発の技術リードを行います。
- プロジェクトチームメンバーと共に、日程を遵守して、製品リリースを行います。
その他, 技術対応
- 既存品・新製品に対するお客様からの問い合わせに回答します。
- 弊社製品の製造における変更管理に対して、技術対応を行います。
- 新製品や既存品において、顧客訪問やオンラインミーティングを行い、技術対応を行います。
- 国内外のエンジニアと技術交流を行います。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- コネクタ設計に関わる、電気的知識・機械的知識
- コネクタ製造プロセスの理解
- 実務における2D,3D CAD(パラメトリック)の使用経験がある方
- 性能、コスト、製造性を考慮した、材料の知識
- 尊敬をもって関係構築ができ、チームワークを重んじる姿勢
- 英語の文書読解及び、メールでのコミュニケーション
- 弊社PBM philosophyへのアライン
- 日本語:母国語レベル
- 英語: ビジネス初級レベル

- 5~10年のコネクタ設計の経験
- 独立した意思決定を行い、ステークホルダーと交渉する能力。
- 英語での会話・コミュニケーション能力
