1.MBD開発エンジニア

• ミッション
  :

EV・自動運転車の開発において、詳細設計の前段階(構想フェーズ)で 「メカ・エレキ・ソフト」を統合したシステム全体の性能を予測・最適化し、 手戻りのない効率的な開発を実現すること。

• 職務例
  :

バッテリー・モーター・空調を統合した、EV熱マネジメントシステムの最適化シミュレーション。 シャシー制御と電動パワートレインを協調させた、車両全体の運動性能予測モデル作成。

• 求める経験
  :

MATLAB/Simulinkを用いた制御モデル作成、または物理モデリング経験。 1D-CAEツール(GT-SUITE, AMESim等)を用いたシステム解析経験。

2.MBSE・プロセス変革コンサルタント

• ミッション:

複雑化する自動車開発に対し、従来のすり合わせ開発から 「モデルベース開発(MBD)」および「システムズエンジニアリング(MBSE)」への プロセス変革を主導し、開発のあり方そのものを刷新すること。

• 職務例:

法規対応(UN-R155等)に向けた、サイバーセキュリティ要件のモデル化および管理プロセスの導入。 顧客の新規開発テーマに対する、MBSE手法(SysML)を用いた要求分析・アーキテクチャ設計。

• 求める経験
  :

システム設計・要件定義の実務経験、または開発プロセス改善の経験。 (SysMLツールの使用経験や、コンサルティング経験者は特に歓迎)

3.仮想検証環境(xILS)アーキテクト

• ミッション:

「実車を作らずに検証する」を実現するため、 クラウド技術やHILS/SILSを駆使した大規模な仮想シミュレーション環境を構築し、 SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)時代の開発インフラを支えること。

• 職務例:

数千パターンの走行シナリオを検証するための、クラウドベースの大規模仮想シミュレーション環境構築。 CI/CDパイプラインへのMBDプロセス統合、自動化ツールの開発(Python等)。

• 求める経験:

HILS/SILS/MILS等の環境構築経験、またはクラウド(AWS/Azure)上でのシステム構築経験。 Python等を用いたツール開発、自動化の経験。

■ 必須要件

・2年以上のMBD業務経験

・HILS業務経験(ご経験内容により優遇)

・日本語でコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方

■歓迎要件

・1年以上のプロジェクトリーダー経験(ご経験年数により優遇)

・1年以上のオンサイト業務経験

【労働条件】

■給与:年収 8,000,000 円 - 10,000,000円

(基本給:290,000円~)

[MBD/MBSE Engineer Open Position] Upstream Next-Gen Automotive Development

【Recruitment Fields】
We will propose one of the following fields based on your experience and career aspirations.

1. MBD Development Engineer

Mission:
To predict and optimize the performance of the entire system integrating "Mechanics, Electronics, and Software" at the conceptual phase of EV/Autonomous vehicle development, realizing efficient development without rework.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization simulation of EV thermal management systems integrating battery, motor, and HVAC.
• Creation of vehicle dynamics prediction models coordinating chassis control and electric powertrains.

Required Experience:

• Control modeling or physical modeling experience using MATLAB/Simulink.
• System analysis experience using 1D-CAE tools (GT-SUITE, AMESim, etc.).

2. MBSE & Process Transformation Consultant

Mission:
To lead the process transformation from traditional coordination-based development to "Model-Based Development (MBD)" and "Systems Engineering (MBSE)" for increasingly complex automotive development, innovating the development approach itself.

Responsibilities:

• Introduction of threat analysis and security requirement modeling/management processes for regulations like UN-R155.
• Requirements analysis and architecture design using MBSE methods (SysML) for customers' new development themes.

Required Experience:

• Practical experience in system design/requirements definition, or development process improvement experience.
• (Experience with SysML tools or consulting is highly welcome).

3. Virtual Validation (xILS) Architect

Mission:
To build large-scale virtual simulation environments utilizing Cloud technology and HILS/SILS to realize "Verification without physical prototypes," supporting the development infrastructure of the SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) era.

Responsibilities:

• Construction of cloud-based large-scale virtual simulation environments to verify thousands of driving scenarios.
• Integration of MBD processes into CI/CD pipelines and development of automation tools (Python, etc.).

Required Experience:

• Experience in building environments such as HILS/SILS/MILS, or system construction on Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in tool development and automation using Python, etc.

【Qualifications (Common)】
■ Must Requirements

• 2+ years of MBD work experience.
• HILS work experience (Preferred treatment based on content).
• Ability to proceed with work while communicating in Japanese.

■ Welcome Requirements

• 1+ year of Project Leader experience (Preferred treatment based on years).
• 1+ year of on-site work experience.

【Working Conditions】
■ Salary:
Annual Salary: 8,000,000 JPY - 10,000,000 JPY (Base Salary: 290,000 JPY and up)

■ Location:
Kanto Area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Tochigi)

■ Working Hours:
9:00 - 18:00

• Flex-time system available for some positions (Core time: 11:00 - 15:00).
• During the training period, fixed working hours (9:00 - 18:00) with a 1-hour break (12:00 - 13:00) apply in principle.
