【仕事内容】
当社は、ワイヤレス給電(充電)技術を軸に、企画・開発・製造・販売まで一貫して展開する技術メーカーです。
今回募集する「ワイヤレス給電開発エンジニア(電気・電子回路設計/マイコン制御ソフト開発)」として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
- 電気・電子回路設計
– ワイヤレス給電(電磁誘導/電界結合/マイクロ波方式)に関わる回路設計、部品選定、評価・試作業務
– 電源回路やモータードライバ回路などパワーエレクトロニクス回路の設計・検証。高周波設計の知見を活かせます。
- マイコン制御ソフト開発
– 組込みマイコン(MCU)やFPGAを用いた制御ソフト/ファームウェア開発。PWM制御、給電・充電プロセスの制御アルゴリズム設計、デバッグ、インタフェース開発。
– センサデータ取得・通信制御・診断機能などを含む制御システムの構築および評価。
- 試作・評価・改善サイクルの推進
– 社内電波暗室に代表される実験設備を用いた試作・測定・検証を行い、プロトタイプの性能改善・量産適用といった一環作業を担って頂きます。
– 工作機械や自動化設備への組み込み、AGV・AMR・UGV・ドローン・医療機器・水中給電など多分野の応用機器をターゲットとしており、技術の幅・現場環境のダイナミズムがあります。
- 顧客仕様対応・技術提案
– 顧客ニーズや市場動向を踏まえた応用設計フェーズに参加。製品化を視野に入れた"次の一手"の技術提案・仕様策定にも携わります。
– プロジェクト横断的なチームと連携し、モビリティ/産業機器/医療機器分野のワイヤレス給電を支える役割を果たしていただきます。

– ワイヤレス給電の研究経験がある方、またはパワーエレクトロニクス実務3年以上の方。
