Our client, a leading company in the cosmetics industry, is seeking a CRM Project Manager to drive the implementation and optimization of their customer experience strategy. - CRMシステムの導入と顧客体験の向上を推進
- プロジェクトのスケジュールと達成目標の管理
- IT部門やマーケティング部門と連携してプロジェクトを実行
- プロジェクト要件の収集と優先順位付け
- グローバルチームとのプロジェクト調整
多様なステークホルダーへのニーズの伝
- Implement CRM systems to enhance customer experience
- Manage CRM projects to meet timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with IT and marketing for project execution
- Gather and prioritize CRM project requirements
- Coordinate CRM projects with global teams
- Communicate CRM project needs to diverse stakeholders
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 日本語が母国語レベルであること(必須)
- ECまたはCRMシステムプロジェクトでの3年以上の経験(必須)
- システムプロジェクトにおけるクロスファンクショナルチームでの経験(3年以上)
- 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(話す・書く)
- SalesforceやHubSpotなどのCRMツールの使用経験があれば尚可
- JiraやTrelloなどのプロジェクト管理ソフトの知識があれば尚可
顧客体験の最適化技術に関する理解があれば尚可
- Japanese language proficiency at native level (mandatory)
- 3+ years experience in EC or CRM system projects (mandatory)
- Experience with cross-functional teams for system projects (3+ years)
- Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English (speaking and writing)
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with project management software like Jira or Trello is preferred but not mandatory
- Understanding of customer experience optimization technologies is preferred but not mandatory
