  Be the central hub for all project communication, effectively engaging and managing expectations of all stakeholders, from leadership to product owners and technical teams.
• Oversee Resources & Risks:
  Strategically plan and optimize project resources (people, budget, tech) and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Additionally, they contribute to the implementation of DevOps practices to enhance overall product development and delivery efficiency
• Offer conceptual and innovative approaches to improve organizational agility.
• Guide, coach, and mentor more junior or aspiring Project managers and Scrum Masters.
• Deliver ongoing training for the team, product owners, developers, and testers to consolidate and support the future development of agile methods in the organization.

*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

*Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as IT project manager or scrum master
• Professional/business level in both English and Japanese will be key to success in the role.
• Willingness to work in both agile and waterfall projects. Willingness to learn and apply agile frameworks
• Experience in delivering IT projects from start to end as a project manager or scrum master.
• Expertise in at least one relevant system or technical area Data & Analytics, CRM, Databases, R&D, manufacturing or corporate/financial systems.
• Experience with Jira or other relevant project management tools
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Global mindset and willingness to work in a multi-national environment.
