<必須要件>

高いビジネスマインドを持って、クライアントファーストな立ち振る舞いができること

下記いずれかのスキルを有するもの:

・3年以上のシステム開発経験(Java、Scala、JavaScript等によるカスタム開発)またはそれに準ずるスキル

・1年以上のAI・機械学習・統計モデルを活用した分析システム開発経験(PythonやR、Scala等によるカスタム開発)またはそれに準ずるスキル

・1年以上のクラウド・インフラ等のITプラットフォーム経験もしくはそれに準ずるスキル

・3年以上のクライアントフェイシング・交渉・調整能力もしくはそれに準ずるスキル

<付加要件(Nice to have)>

・理工学系の修士号

<歓迎要件>

・企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションに係るコンサルティング業務経験

・企業の部長級以上をカウンターとするコンサルティング業務経験

・企業や大学などでの先端IT・人工知能・分析領域の研究経験

・5名以上のチームリード経験

・修士以上の数理・統計の知識

・HadoopやSpark、その他Bigdataエコシステムの活用経験

・Spark-streaming、Storm、Kafka等を活用したIoTエコシステム設計・構築経験

・Tensorflow、PyTorch、Sckit-learn等のメジャーフレームワーク・ライブラリを用いた分析システム開発経験

・Azure、AWS、GCP等のクラウドプラットフォーム設計・開発経験

・VR/AR/MR等のシステム設計・開発経験

・宇宙工学等、将来的なビジネスにおける注目要素に関する知識

マネジャー未満:年収595万円〜※固定残業手当(50時間相当分)を含む

マネジャー以上:年収1040万円〜

コンサルティング業務 (変更の範囲)当社の指定する業務

【就業時間】

9:15〜17:15(マネジャー未満は左記を標準時間とするフレックスタイム制(コアタイムは9:00〜17:00のうち3時間))

【休憩時間】

1時間(業務に支障のない範囲で従業員の決定に委ねる)

【休日・休暇】

土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月4日まで)、その他会社の指定する日
