Key job responsibilities
当ポジションのアーキテクトは、通信業界のお客様のビジネス変革を実現するために、お客様のビジネス課題・要件を理解したうえで、アプリケーショントランスフォーメーションの戦略策定、プラン策定をお客様と共に主体的に行います。また、最適なアプリケーション・アーキテクチャを策定したり、最新のテクノロジーを使った新サービス・プロダクトの設計・開発・テスト・リリースを支援します。お客様とともに、ビジネスに俊敏性をもたらし価値を創造するサービス・プロダクトを一緒に作り上げる経験は、とてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです。
お客様の成功のためにAWS パートナーのメンバー、そして、グローバル組織 を含む社内の多くの AWS チームや AWS パートナーを巻き込みリードする立場であり、お客様への価値提供に邁進することで技術者としての成長もできます。

Basic Qualifications:
- 通信業界におけるお客様のビジネスアウトカムの実現に向けた大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトリード経験
- AWSの代表としてお客様や AWS パートナーのリーダーシップとの議論をリードできるコミュニケーション力/推進力
- 非機能要件策定やその実現をリードしたアーキテクト経験
- マルチベンダで構成される複雑なプロジェクトにおけるステークホルダーマネジメント経験
- お客様・AWS パートナー・他部門を含む同僚とのビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話能力
Preferred Qualifications:
- クラウドに最適化された業務アプリケーションの構想検討・設計・開発のリード経験
- OSS(Operation Support System)やBSS(Business Support System)といった、通信ITアプリケーションアーキテクチャの策定経験、基礎的な知識
- AWSサービスを活用したアプリケーション設計・開発リード経験
- アジャイル/スクラム開発手法での開発経験
- マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計・実装経験、ドメイン分割、フロントエンドフレームワーク、クロスプラットフォームフレームワークの経験
- グローバルチームとの英語によるコミュニケーション
