グローバル人事とガバナンス領域の大きな変革として、グループ共通のLong Term Incentiveの導入を段階的に進めています。2025年度にはグローバルのExecutive Committeeメンバーから導入し、2026年以降、主要リージョンの経営層全体への導入と運用を予定しており、企画設計と運用施策に貢献頂ける人材を求めています。

<職責>

グローバルLong Team Incentive導入企画、変革マネジメントの推進、報酬付与ビークルとなる株式報酬制度の 安定運用に向けたプロセスマネジメントの構築

<具体的な業務内容>

  • Regionの既存のLong Term Incentiveと新グローバルLong Team Incentiveの移行プランの運用設計
  • 導入にあたっての社内関係部門とのプロジェクトマネジメント
  • 導入先Regionの付与対象者に向けたチェンジマネジメント の企画と実行支援
  • 制度導入後のRegionや社内外関係者との管理運用会議等の設計とその運営
  • 付与ビークルとなる株式報酬制度の安定運用に向けたプロセスマネジメントの構築、定期レビューと継続改善
  • アサヒグループホールディングス報酬委員会への審議に必要な報告資料や関係データの提供(必要時)

<応募資格>

【必須スキル・経験】

  • グローバル本社/外資系企業の日本支社での報酬や人事企画の企画/運営のCoE(Center of Expertise)業務の経験、または証券会社/コンサルティングファーム における株式報酬や労務設計/運用、またはそれに準じる。経験、3年以上
  • 海外拠点等とのリモート環境での業務連携の経験

【歓迎スキル・経験】

  • グローバル報酬制度設計/株式報酬制度の企画・導入・運用経験
  • 国際間の報酬税務、会計、法務の基礎知識
  • 英語によるメール、資料作成、ビジネスコミュニケーション(TOEIC700点以上)
