We are seeking a talented individual to join our ER / Corporate Governance Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

- 報酬水準・構成のベンチマーク及び設計
- 経営戦略と連動したKPI設定
〇役員指名・後継者育成
- 次世代経営層の発掘・育成を行うサクセッションプランニング
- エグゼクティブアセスメント
※役員の報酬・指名のご支援を包括的に行っていることは本チームの特徴の一つです
※希望者については、従業員層の組織・人事コンサルティング領域を経験することも可能です
What you need to have:
- 4年制大学卒以上(MBAまたはそれに準ずる学位尚可)
- コンサルティングファーム(戦略、組織・人事、役員報酬領域等)、または事業会社及び省庁での経営企画・人事企画・IR・コーポレートガバナンス関連職務のご経験
