IPO準備を進める当社にて、
人事・労務・組織開発を横断的にリードする人事マネージャー候補
としてご活躍いただきます。

採用や制度運用にとどまらず、
労務管理、内部統制、人事制度設計、IPO対応
までを一貫して担い、将来的には人事責任者(HR Head/CHRO候補)としてのキャリアも描けるポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 人事・労務領域におけるIPO準備対応
• 労務管理体制の構築・運用(勤怠・就業規則・36協定等)
• 人事関連の内部統制・コンプライアンス対応
• 上場準備に伴う規程・制度・ドキュメント整備
• 採用戦略立案・採用プロセス改善
• 評価・報酬制度の設計・運用
• 組織開発・人材育成施策の企画
• 社労士・弁護士・監査法人との連携
• 経営陣への人事・組織レポーティング
• 人事チームの立ち上げ・マネジメント(将来的に)

応募資格(必須)

• 日本国内での人事・労務実務経験(5年以上目安)
• 労働法・労務管理に関する実務知識
• IPO準備または上場企業での人事・労務対応経験
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
• 社内外と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

歓迎条件

• スタートアップまたは成長企業での人事経験
• 人事制度設計・組織開発の実務経験
• 社会保険労務士資格、または同等の知識
• グローバル組織での人事経験

Position

Human Resources Manager (IPO Preparation / Future Leadership Role)

Role Overview

This role will lead Mediabound's HR and people operations while supporting IPO readiness.

You will be responsible for building scalable HR systems covering labor compliance, internal controls, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

This position offers a clear growth path toward
Head of HR or CHRO-level leadership
.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR and labor-related IPO preparation initiatives
• Build and operate labor management systems (attendance, work rules, 36 agreements)
• Develop internal HR controls and compliance frameworks
• Prepare HR policies and documentation required for IPO
• Design and improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes
• Develop performance evaluation and compensation frameworks
• Drive organizational development and talent growth initiatives
• Coordinate with labor consultants, legal advisors, and auditors
• Provide HR insights and reporting to executive leadership
• Build and manage the HR team as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and labor management experience in Japan
• Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR compliance
• Experience with IPO preparation or publicly listed companies
• Professional-level Japanese and English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups or high-growth companies
• HR system and policy design experience
• Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Shakai Hoken Roumushi) qualification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in global or multicultural organizations

  JPY 6,000,000 – 10,000,000
