現在同社では、会社規模拡大・成長のフェーズに伴い、将来に向けたコーポレート機能の拡充を見据えており、財務会計領域を中心とした経理ポジションを募集します。
【職務内容】
財務経理グループのマネージャー候補として、日次経理業務から単体・連結決算業務、メンバー業務進捗管理、業務改善などをお任せいたします。なお、ジョブローテーションにより短期間に幅広い経理業務を経験いただくことを想定しています。
■月次決算業務(請求書仕訳起票、売上処理や固定資産などの各種決算整理仕訳のレビュー、進捗管理など)
■四半期決算・年度決算業務(各種決算整理仕訳や開示書類の作成/レビュー、進捗管理など)
■連結決算業務(連結精算表や連結修正仕訳の作成/レビュー、進捗管理など)
■監査法人対応
■業務フローの確立、改善
■新規事業の会計論点整理含めた社内各種プロジェクトへの参画

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■以下、いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・上場企業での連結・開示経験をお持ちの方
(上場子会社側での経験ないしは連結か開示どちらか1つの領域でお強みがある方も歓迎します。)
・上場準備フェーズでの経理経験をお持ちの方
(IPO達成していない方でも歓迎します。)
・税理士/公認会計士の資格をお持ちの方
【歓迎要件】
・上場企業もしくは上場準備企業での経理実務経験
・SaaS または B to B 企業での経理実務経験
・表計算ソフトスキル(自ら各種関数・機能を駆使した改善等の経験等)
・経理プロジェクトの参画経験(インボイス制度や基準改定対応など)
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 900 万円
固定時間外労働手当 月45時間分含む ・通勤費(月上限30,000円)
・リモートワーク手当(一時金:20,000円・5,000円/月) ・近隣住宅手当
・出張手当 ・インフルエンザ予防接種費用負担
