日本の外食をひっくり返せ CRISPは「熱狂的なファンをつくる。」ことをミッションに掲げる日本発の企業です。私たちはミッションの実現に向けてテクノロジーを最大限に活用した外食の進化に本気で取り組んでいます。そのためパートナーに求められるのは、自分の専門性を活かして外食のDXを前に推し進めていくという強いチャレンジ精神です。 店舗運営だけではなく、アプリやプロダクト開発、デザイン、顧客やスタッフ情報のデータ化と分析に基づいたマーケティングやオペレーション改良、そしてそれらを支えるコーポレートチームまで、多種多様なプロフェッショナルが活躍できる場が揃っています。 私たちのカルチャー CRISPには、課題へ立ち向かう姿勢として大切にしているカルチャーがあります。「好きになる。」「心でつながる。」「期待を超越する」という3つのバリュー。そして、多様性を受け入れお互いに心をひらき、性善説と信頼を前提とした情報の透明性とフラットな組織をつくる礎となる「Be Open」の考えなど、これからの組織の成長や規模に関わらずCRISPがミッションを実現する上で必要不可欠な要素と考えています。 INTRO DECK : 先進的で大胆なチャレンジ 私たちは、外食産業のDXが日本全体でこれからさらに加速する中で、店頭で働くレストランパートナーの価値は「作業」と「LTVを高める接客」に大きく二分していくと考えています。 これまでの外食では、セルフサービスの店頭で働く仕事は「アルバイトでも(誰でも)できる最低時給の簡単な仕事」と思われていましたが、「作業」に関してはその傾向が今後さらに強まり人の作業そのものがなくなっていくと考えています。 一方で、飲食店で働く人には魅力的で、お客さまを喜ばせるのが好きな人、この人がいるからこの店に行こうとお客さまに思わせられる人がたくさんいます。ですが、売上/客単価/人時売上といった指標が中心の既存のビジネスモデルの中では、「作業」以外のこういった接客の価値を全く評価できていません。顧客のLTVが可視化されていたら、本来は最低時給の何倍の報酬があるべき価値を生み出している人が不当に扱われていると考えています。 私たちはテクノロジーの力で、お客さまとパートナーがオンライン化し、一人ひとりのお客さまの顧客生涯価値(LTV)が見える化され、どのパートナーが接客をしたお客さまがどのくらいの確率で再来店するのか、どのくらい未来の価値を生み出しているのかが明確に数字で見え、データに基づいて接客を進化させ続けるプロフェッショナルが正当な評価と報酬でCRISPの店頭で働いている世界をつくりたいと考えています。 日本の外食のビジネスモデルと働き方をひっくり返す、ワクワクするような世界を私たちと一緒につくっていきませんか? 業務内容 人事労務領域において給与計算・社会保険業務を軸に、労務管理全般を主体的に担っていただくポジションです。 まずは実務の中心メンバーとしてご活躍いただきつつ、将来的にはマネージャーとして業務設計・改善、メンバーマネジメントまでお任せすることを期待しています。 【定期業務】 1. 給与・社会保険業務 ・月次給与計算業務 ・賞与計算、年末調整業務 ・社会保険・労働保険に関する各種手続きの窓口対応 ※実務手続き自体は社労士へ委託しています (資格取得・喪失、算定基礎、月額変更、労働保険年度更新 等) ・給与・社会保険に関する従業員からの問い合わせ対応 2. 労務管理 ・労務関連法令遵守にかかる対応 ・休職・両立支援(育児・介護等)に関する運用管理 ・その他、労務管理に付随する業務全般 【業務効率化・マネジメント】※将来的に期待する役割 ・給与・労務業務のフロー整備、効率化・DX推進 ・人事制度・規程改定時の労務観点での対応 ・メンバーの業務フォロー、育成、業務進捗管理 ・経営層・他部門との連携、レポーティング
必須スキル
・給与計算・社会保険業務を含む労務実務のご経験 ・労務関連法令に関する基礎的な理解 ・複数の業務を正確かつスピーディに進められる実務力

給与年収:450万円〜560万円 ※残業20Hの場合 (基本月給:35万円〜41万円 ※時間外手当は別途全額支給) 賞与:業績により有り ストックオプション:有り * 給与の見直し:年2回 *スキル・経験・能力に応じて決定します
