The Kitano Hotel Tokyo is a 70-room small luxury butique hotel located in Nagatacho, Tokyo.

現場の最前線に立ちながら、料飲部門全体の運営・マネジメントを担当していただきます。
レストランおよび会議・宴会業務の実務対応に加え、予約管理、シフト・勤怠管理、スタッフ育成まで幅広く携わるポジションです。
また、ルレ・エ・シャトー基準のサービス品質を現場で体現し、クレーム対応や改善施策を通じて、チーム全体のレベル向上をリードしていただきます。
You will work hands-on on the floor while overseeing the overall operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Responsibilities include daily restaurant and meeting/banquet service, reservation coordination, staff scheduling and time management, as well as team development.
You will also embody and uphold Relais & Châteaux service standards, leading complaint handling and continuous service improvement while raising the overall performance of the team.
資格
<応募資格 / Qualifications>
ホテル・レストラン等、飲食業界での実務経験 3年以上
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations日本語・英語ともに ビジネスレベルで対応可能な方(優遇)
Business-level Japanese and English preferredマネジメント経験をお持ちの方(優遇)
Management experience preferred- 日本国内で就労可能な在留資格(就労ビザ)をすでにお持ちの方
Must currently hold a valid work visa for Japan
