Position Highlights
Work with a globally recognized multinational company under an existing contract.
Serve as both a key support member to the Japan General Manager and as the main point of contact for our client.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Operations Support
Support country-level business development activities.
Ensure seamless and effective operations across multiple client sites as needed.
Support the Japan General Manager as a core member the company in Japan
Personal Development
Develop personal skill sets in line with performance appraisals, taking responsibility for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Actively participate in development opportunities offered within the region or group.
You will
Support commercial activities including global RFP responses (pricing, coordinating with local subcontractors for RFP/RFI submissions, etc.).
Support new client transitions, including due diligence, site visits, contract execution, recruitment, vendor onboarding, launching new onsite teams, and arranging stakeholder meetings.
Assist with marketing and branding activities in the local FM market.Provide ad-hoc operational support at client offices as required.
Support headquarters with administrative tasks, including IT-related work.
Take ownership of data management responsibilities.
Liaise with global stakeholders.
Provide timely and high-quality reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
Language Requirements
Business level Japanese/ Fluent Japanese required (at least JLPT N2)
Business-level English or higher
Required Professional Experience
You must have one of the following:
Experience working as a General Affairs Manager in a corporate environment
Project management experience in facility management or office relocation
Visa sponsorship not provided
Only applicants in Japan with a valid working VISA will be considered.
