About The Job

ザ・スパ・アット・マンダリン・オリエンタル・東京は極上のリラクゼーションを堪能できるホテル37階「ザ・スパ・アット・マンダリン オリエンタル 東京」にて癒しと安らぎの空間をご提供しております。忙しい日常から抜け出して、スパに一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間、アロマの香りに包まれてスパジャーニーは始まります。高い技術を誇るセラピストたちが、お客さまのご要望やお肌のコンディション、ご体調を伺い、お客さまのためだけのスパトリートメントをおすすめしております。

スパのの一員として、スパでのレセプション(受付・予約・電話やメールでのお問合せ対応)やスパ関連商品の販売をご担当頂きます。

Spa Conciergeは、Spa Operations Managerにレポートします。

As Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

スパでのレセプション(受付・予約)および関連商品の販売業務

As Spa Concierge, We Expect From You

・日本語と英語での読み書き・会話が可能

・優れたコミュニケーション能力と効果的な時間管理能力

・複数の業務を同時に処理できる能力

・チームワークで円滑に業務を遂行できる能力

・PC基本スキル(Microsoft Office Word, Excel等)

・シフト対応が可能(土日を含む不定休、6:15-15:15/13:30-22:30などのシフトあり)

We are looking for Spa Concierge with fluent language skill of both Japanese and English.
