The Role
As our services expand rapidly with new products and features, we need to strengthen our quality assurance capabilities while maintaining development speed.
You will be responsible for building and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure quality within our agile development cycles.Design and execute test automation strategies using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Implement Chaos Engineering and other advanced methodologies for non-functional testing.
Establish quality metrics and drive upstream quality assurance practices across development teams.
Collaborate with engineering teams based in Japan, India, and Vietnam on cross-border projects.
Holding Valid working visa in Japan.
Your Skills
Minimum 3 years of development experience or test automation experience using scripting languages.
ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent knowledge required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Processing, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Information Technology Engineer Examination).
Japanese proficiency at basic/daily conversation level (able to conduct interviews using a mix of Japanese and English).
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) for global project collaboration.
