職務内容Identify improvement areas for the team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate QA strategy, planning, and issues with team members and other managers.
Take responsibility for overall QA planning, project progress monitoring, and risk identification.
Ensure all QA deliverables meet quality standards and criteria.
Provide high visibility on project status, issues, and best practices.
Create metrics for analysing overall QA projects and costs.
理想の人材
5+ years of experience working with Java (JDK11+).
Experience in developing test strategies, planning, and scheduling.
Broad understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Experience in initiating and implementing improvement actions for team development.
Proficiency with source control systems, preferably Git.
