[Remote/Hybrid] Bilingual QA Engineer - Test Automation / Web App QA | English + Japanese

Develop and implement test automation strategies for multiple web-based products
Build and maintain automated test scripts
Collaborate with global development teams on bug tracking, quality metrics, and issue resolution
Improve QA processes, and drive testing efficiency
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and contribute to continuous product quality improvement

Requirements
3+ years of web application QA or testing experience
Experience creating and executing test cases
Business-level communication in Japanese and English
Knowledge of software QA principles and processes
Nice to Have
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools
Previous experience in web development
Agile or startup environment experience
Experience in performance or load testing
Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS)
Work Style & Location
Hybrid remote (approx. 2 days/month onsite)
Offices available in Tokyo and Osaka (based on candidate preference)
Working Hours
9:00-18:00 (1hr break), flextime available (core hours 10:00-16:00)
