About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Bilingual Engineers who are passionate about building an international career in Japan. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational IT skills along with Japanese language proficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech / ME/MTech (IT, CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics)
- MSc
- MCA (CS/IT)
Japanese Language Requirement:
- JLPT/NAT Level N3 / N2 (Preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge in C++, Java, Python, AWS
The training focuses on Japanese language enhancement, technical upskilling, and workplace cultural preparation to ensure a successful career transition to Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
- Communicate project requirements and updates in Japanese
- Ensure smooth delivery of technical tasks as per Japanese standards
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Java applications.
