Bilingual IT Helpdesk Engineer (Based in Japan)
[Job Description]
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a client project in Japan.
Responsibilities may include:
★ Providing on-site support for hardware and software issues
★ Working at a help desk to assist users with IT-related inquiries
★ Supporting both Japanese and international users
Please note that actual responsibilities may vary depending on the project. Not all of the above tasks may be required for every assignment.

◆ Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
◆ Business-level proficiency in English
◆ At least 6 months of experience in user support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
◆ Familiarity with client PCs and network devices

◆ A strong passion for working in Japan
◆ Willingness to improve Japanese language skills
◆ Motivation to develop higher-level technical skills
◆ Possession of IT-related certifications

9:00–18:00 (8 hours of actual work)
Shift work may apply depending on the project.
Average overtime:
approximately 7 hours/month
[Salary]
¥4,000,000 – ¥5,000,000 per year
Includes a 3-month trial period (no change in compensation during the period)
[Salary Increase / Bonus]
