ITサービスデリバリ1部 2グループ

【職務内容サマリ】

ITサービスデリバリ1部では主に、社内ユーザが使用する生命保険契約の維持・管理を行うための基幹システムの保守・開発を担当しています。

各業務領域の既存システムの改修および、ペーパレス化・省力化・自動化を推進するため、DX施策も積極的に取り組む事を検討しており、業務領域・技術に固執せず柔軟な発想を持ち、積極的に推進していける方または自らコーディングできる方を募集します。

【職務詳細】

・アプリケーション開発(コーディング、単体テスト、結合テスト)

・BAU業務(日々の改善開発における要件定義、設計、受け入れ等、障害・照会対応、関連協力会社契約、リソース管理等)

・プロジェクト開発業務(会社ポートフォリオに準じたプロジェクト開発業務(要件定義、設計、受け入れ等)

・改善系施策の推進(業務部門への課題・改善点ヒアリング、改善計画の立案等)

(FWD組織内)新契約、契約保全、保険料請求収納、保険金支払、経理、数理、システム運用部門

(FWD組織外)システム開発・運用のパートナー会社

【魅力】

・当社では職種により、オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を併用するハイブリッド勤務を行っております。

・在宅勤務対象職種で上司の承認を得た場合、1ヵ月の営業日数の半数以上の出社義務かつ1週間あたり最低2日の出社義務があります。

※上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)

【求めるスキル経験】

■必須条件

・COBOL等を用いたアプリケーション開発経験3年以上

・Database(種類は問わず)を用いたアプリケーション開発3年以上

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>  

・保険業務知識(新契約、契約保全、保険料請求収納、保険金支払、経理、数理など)

・保険業務(新契約、契約保全、保険料請求収納、保険金支払、経理、数理など)に掛かるアプリケーション開発経験および上流工程経験

・ソースコード管理経験

・Agile開発基本知識
