■業務概要
IT統括部・サービスデスクチームの一員として、グループ全体のITサービスを支える業務をお任せします。
入社後は、先輩社員のもとでPC・iPhoneのキッティングや簡易な問合せ対応からスタートし、
将来的には全社規模のIT運用改善やプロジェクト推進にもチャレンジできる環境です。
■具体的な業務内容
社員からの問合せ・トラブル対応(オンサイト/リモート)
PC・iPhone等のデバイス運用管理(キッティング・保守・交換)
ITサービスのナレッジ整備・改善提案
将来的には、PCライフサイクル管理(PCLCM)やプロジェクト推進も担当
■求める人物像・スキル
WindowsOSやネットワークの基礎知識、トラブルシューティング経験
M365(Teams、SharePoint、OneDrive等)の利用経験
社内ヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスクでの実務経験
人の話を聞き、共感しながら課題解決に導けるコミュニケーション力
