We are seeking an experienced and creative
Marketing Director
to lead brand and marketing strategy for our client a renowned hotel group.
ホテルグループにて、ブランドおよびマーケティング戦略をリードいただける
マーケティングディレクター
を募集しています。
This role will drive all aspects of marketing — from brand storytelling to digital strategy and revenue growth — across existing properties and exciting new hotel openings.
既存ホテルおよび新規開業予定のホテルを含む複数ブランドにおいて、ブランドストーリーテリングからデジタル戦略、レベニュー拡大まで、マーケティング全般を牽引いただくポジションです。
Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
- Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for the hotel brands
- ホテルブランドのマーケティングおよびブランド戦略全体をリード
- Develop and execute medium- to long-term marketing plans for existing and new properties
- 既存および新規ホテルにおける中長期的なマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
- Oversee brand promotion, communications, and digital marketing activities
- ブランドプロモーション、コミュニケーション、デジタルマーケティングの統括
- Drive revenue and awareness through innovative marketing initiatives
- 革新的なマーケティング施策によるレベニュー拡大およびブランド認知向上
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
- マーケティングチームの構築・マネジメント
