■ 主な業務内容(Responsibilities)
マーケティング全体方針および中長期計画の策定
主要KPIの設計、進捗管理、改善アクションの推進
オンライン/オフラインを横断したプロモーション企画・運営
イベントやキャンペーン施策の企画、効果検証、改善
コンテンツ施策(記事・動画等)の企画および制作ディレクション
市場・顧客データを踏まえた戦略立案
複数名で構成されるマーケティングチームのマネジメント
社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整
■ 求めるご経験・スキル(Requirements)
マーケティング領域における戦略設計〜実行をリードした経験
複数名規模のチームまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
オンライン施策(SNS・デジタル等)を含むマーケティング実務経験
イベントやキャンペーンなど、体験設計型施策に関わった経験
KPIや数値を用いた進捗管理・改善の経験
スピード感のある環境での意思決定・推進力
■ 歓迎するバックグラウンド(Preferred)
ブランドビジネス、消費者向け商材に関わった経験
ブランド戦略・ブランドマネジメントへの関与経験
EC/D2C、もしくは新しい販売チャネルに関わった経験
成長フェーズや新規事業環境でのマーケティング経験
