ポジションについて

次世代エネルギーソリューション事業における【プロダクトマネージャー 兼 マーケティング戦略】として、
ロードマップ、ポジショニング、および市場投入の成功に向けて、以下の業務をお任せします。
<主な業務詳細>
- エネルギーソリューション製品の製品戦略を策定し、ロードマップのオーナーとして活動し、将来的にはeモビリティ製品も対応いただきます
- 顧客インサイト、競合分析、市場動向を、研究開発、エンジニアリング、経営チーム向けの具体的なロードマップ提案
- 継続的な市場調査と顧客調査を主導し、満たされていないニーズ、導入障壁、成長機会を特定します
- データセンター、モビリティ、産業用アプリケーション向けの詳細なセグメンテーションとユースケースのフレームワークを構築
- 差別化された価値提案とメッセージングフレームワークを構築し、同社製品を市場のデファクトスタンダードとして位置付けます

応募条件
- 10年以上のテクノロジー企業または製造企業において、製品マーケティング~製品管理 または 戦略関連業務経験
- 製品戦略の推進とロードマップ策定への影響力において実績があること
- 優れた技術力(アーキテクチャ、コンポーネント、システムレベルのトレードオフを理解できる能力)
- グローバルB2B製品のビジネスケース および 市場進出戦略の構築実績
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
