成長フェーズの企業にて、マーケティング領域全体を俯瞰しながら、

戦略設計から実行・改善までを統合的にリード
していただきます。

■ 主な業務内容(Responsibilities)

  • マーケティング全体方針および中長期計画の策定
  • 主要KPIの設計、進捗管理、改善アクションの推進
  • オンライン/オフラインを横断したプロモーション企画・運営
  • イベントやキャンペーン施策の企画、効果検証、改善
  • コンテンツ施策(記事・動画等)の企画および制作ディレクション
  • 市場・顧客データを踏まえた戦略立案
  • 複数名で構成されるマーケティングチームのマネジメント
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整

■ 求めるご経験・スキル(Requirements)

  • マーケティング領域における
    戦略設計〜実行をリードした経験
  • 複数名規模のチームまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • オンライン施策(SNS・デジタル等)を含むマーケティング実務経験
  • イベントやキャンペーンなど、
    体験設計型施策
    に関わった経験
  • KPIや数値を用いた進捗管理・改善の経験
  • スピード感のある環境での意思決定・推進力

■ 歓迎するバックグラウンド(Preferred)

  • ブランドビジネス、消費者向け商材に関わった経験
  • ブランド戦略・ブランドマネジメントへの関与経験
  • EC/D2C、もしくは新しい販売チャネルに関わった経験
  • 成長フェーズや新規事業環境でのマーケティング経験
