Our client, a leading company in the hotel industry, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and manage the daily operations of their hotel. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate multiple departments, implement revenue management strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily hotel operations across multiple departments
    • Implement revenue management and cost control measures
    • Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
    • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
    • Supervise safety management and facility maintenance
    • Coordinate Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments
    • Report to executive management and support business strategies

Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in hotel operations management
    • Management experience in the hotel industry
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
    • Experience with revenue management and cost control
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills
    • Experience with safety management and facility maintenance
